Nice Lyrics, but I guess there is a mistake in lyrics:
“mujhe keh rahi hai”.. I guess it should be “mauje keh rahi hain” i.e. “waves are saying that”
I think so because water waves makes more sense with “Sahil”.

Youre absolutely right. I missed it, mostly because the way he sung it didn’t make sense and I let it be, its a pop song, after all!
I’d forgotten that it’s a pakistani pop song and those are genuine ghazals.
